The horses and Stud Farm Bed & Breakfast

Well this blog will be short and sweet, it  is about some race horses that are kept and trained at Stud Farm, Telscombe, Sussex.  Lots of beautiful horses a few colts and one very territorial cockerel.

Nina and Tim will have been married 50 yrs this year, they run Stud Farm
& Stables as well as hold the keys for the local church.  They do a wonderful bed & breakfast, the rooms are just beautiful.  If you would like more information then please click on these links.

The farm also has some sheep, nearly all are now heavy with lambs, only one had been born so far.  As for the cockerel and his wives.......what a laugh, first he chased the farrier down the side of his van and when Zillah and I  saw and laughed hard.  Then it was our turn to pass the van, unbeknown to us the Cockerel was in wait, we stopped half way Zillah asking if he was still attacking when he struck her with his feet making her scream me laugh and run backwards going down the opposite side of the van..........so ruddy funny at the time I do wish we had got it on video.  Anyway below are the pictures taken at the farm of horses and of course the cockerel.
